I think Tim felt great about his deal. I clearly didn't, and remain an unhappy customer. I told Tim when my workers treated people and supplied service the way Stanley had done, I would have given my services away for free and done anything necessary to correct the problem. .
UPDATE #2: Another update. . .Tim just called back and said he felt bad about the way I'd been treated all day and wanted to honor the promotion price for $135. It is actually kind of Tim to reconsider. I expect Stanley invests in training its employees on customer service and being good citizens.
